Mr. Botelho graduated in 2002 from the Law School of Paulista University. He has a post-graduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and Economic Criminal Law and European Law from the University of Coimbra. He specialized in English Legal Methods at the University of Cambridge. Currently, he is the President of the IDDD (Institute for the Defence of the Right to Defence). He has worked in over 30 jury trials.
